David Crews

Administrative Director
BS, QMHP

My name is David Crews. I am the Administrative Director for The Madeline Centre. I have an Associate’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Danville Community College and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Averett University. I have been with The Madeline Centre since 2007.

Prior to coming to work for The Madeline Centre, I worked as a youth care worker, Post-D Coordinator, and Detention Home Counselor at W.W. Moore Juvenile Detention Home in Danville, VA. During my time with The Madeline Centre, I have worked as an Intensive In Home Clinician, a Therapeutic Day Treatment clinician, and as an Area Coordinator, where I was primarily overseeing the Day Treatment program. I have also taken over the development and supervision of The Madeline Centre’s ASSIST program. In January 2017, I transitioned to my current role as Administrative Director.

I have a daughter who is 11 years old that I cherish. I have many hobbies that include camping, fishing, exercising, art, and sports. One of the many reasons why I enjoy working with The Madeline Centre is the ability to assist families with accessing the services they need.
