After 9 years of practicing counseling in the Philippines, Erwin a.k.a “Mr. E” and his wife Christie decided to join the Visiting International Faculty Program which sponsors exchange teachers from different countries all over the world to teach in the United States of America. Born and raised in the Philippine Islands, Erwin acquired his bachelor’s degree in Psychology in his country and is currently on study leave pursuing a master’s degree in Public Affairs with concentration in Education Management from the University of the Philippines. Erwin’s wife Christie is also an educator and is currently a Science teacher at N.L. Dillard Middle School in Yanceyville, North Carolina. They were blessed to have a new baby boy named Euan Angelo who became a new inspiration to their lives as a couple.
For Erwin, the Mission and Vision statement of the Madeline Centre is a direction worth pursuing to effect change to the lives of people they serve. As a family man himself, the idea of linking your family to other families and building a strong relationship based on love and care is the perfect therapeutic intervention. Erwin is very proud and honored to be a part of this wonderful family-based company and was inspired by the goals it aims to achieve. It has always been Erwin’s desire to reach out to people and make a difference in their lives.
“We are not put on this earth for ourselves, but are placed here for each other. If you are there always for others, then in time of need, someone will be there for you.”
