Hello, my name is Nicole Mink. I married my wonderful husband Jeremy Mink in May of 2011. My new position with the Madeline Centre, Inc is Administrative Director. I have worked for this wonderful company since June 2007 and I have served the children and families of Central and Southern Virginia in the capacities of Intensive In-Home Counselor, Behavior Specialist, Day Treatment Site Coordinator and Day Treatment Director. I have a Masters in Education from Liberty University. I also have a B.S. in Psychology.

Prior to my employment with The Madeline Centre, Inc., I worked as a House Parent in a residential girls home in Jacksonville, FL., serving youth with traumatic experiences who needed a place of refuge to find healing.

I have found at The Madeline Centre, Inc. a group of professionals who have created a family of professionals. It truly is our desire and mission to link our Madeline Centre family to each of the families we touch.

I greatly enjoy living in Central Virginia and find many opportunities to take advantage of the wonderful outdoor activities in my “backyard”. I have participated in the Virginia 10 Miler, Point of Honor 5K, the Richmond Marathon, Dismal Swamp Stomp Half Marathon and the Lynchburg Half Marathon.
