Dayna Odhum, Operations Director
I am very proud to be Operations Manager of The Madeline Centre and honored to be a part of such a fine organization. Having come from a long background in secretarial work and office management, I moved in into the mental health realm in 1995 when I worked as an administrative assistant for the local employee assistance program. It was during that time that I realized that working in mental health was exactly where I needed and wanted to be. After working there for three years, life took me away from this field, for a time, as I had the opportunity to do some traveling outside the country. Upon returning stateside, I was employed for four years as Staffing Coordinator for a national staffing service, but always knew that I needed to get back into the mental health field.
In 2004, I was fortunate enough to be offered a position with The Madeline Center, the outpatient counseling facility from which The Madeline Centre, Inc. sprung. At its conception, I was offered the position of office manager for both organizations and subsequently given the title of Operations Manager. I enjoy working with a group of highly motivated and educated people who are dedicated to “making a difference” in the lives of the children and families they work with. It is a privilege to support their efforts.
