Shavonne Joyner

Clinical Supervisor
RBT, QMHP-C, BCaBA

I received my BA Psychology in 2002 from NC Agriculture & Technical St. University, and during my time at TMC I have gained certification as a Registered Behavior Technician through the BACB board. I am currently in training courses to gain my license as a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysis.  My experience includes working with children with emotional and behavior difficulties, those diagnosed with ASD and their families.

I joined The Madeline Centre in August 2012. Previously, I was employed with my local school system as an Itinerant Crisis Assistant.  There I worked with children in crisis within the school system who had significant behavior and emotional problems. While there, I gained a special place in my heart working with those children diagnosed with ASD.  Wanting to gain additional knowledge about disorders and treatment procedures led me to the BAS program at TMC.

During my time at TMC I have watched the BAS program grow. I am proud to be a part of the growth of the program and of a company that fosters opportunities for advancement for those who seek it.
