My education background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development and a minor in Criminal Justice, along with a Master’s of Art in Human Services with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Liberty University and coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.  My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I started in the mental health field in 2006 and moved to working with the Autism population using ABA in 2010. My experience is in the school, home, and community settings. I have experience both building and developing several autism programs in Virginia and North Carolina. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and work within TMC’s Behavior and Autism Services in Lynchburg.

I joined The Madeline Centre family of professionals in 2015  to pursue my heart’s passion of supporting individuals and their families within the autism population. From my first day at TMC I have felt like I have finally come “home”. The support and encouragement from co-workers and leadership has allowed me to grow professionally and personally in my daily life.

I met and married my husband, Jonathan, in 2010 in North Carolina where we first met. We relocated back to Virginia in 2013 and welcomed the arrival of our son on December 31st, 2016. In my free time I enjoy crafting, yoga, renovating our home, running, and spending time with my husband, son, and our 4 dogs (Bella, Rex, Mocha, and Dixie).
