I have a B.A. in Psychology, a M.S. in Adult Education from North Carolina A&T State University and an Ed.D in Education from Nova Southeastern University. My clinical experience consists of 26 years as a Qualified Mental Health Professional providing services for adolescents with Emotional Behavior Disorders. I’ve had the opportunity to enhance my skills working in the various areas: Psychiatric, Residential Treatment, Day Treatment, Group Homes, Intensive In-Home, Case Management and a Teacher for Behavior Emotional Disorder Students.
I have been a Certified North Carolina Intervention Instructor for the past 20 years providing agencies’ training. In addition, I am a 5th Degree Blackbelt providing Karate/Self-Defense classes in Greensboro, North Carolina. I am passionate about wanting give back and make a difference in the lives of adolescents exhibiting Emotional Behavior Disorders in hopes that they become productive citizens.
