I have worked with children with autism for over 20 years in both the public and private sectors. My passion for autism first emerged as an in-home therapist in Staunton, Virginia. I currently live in Danville, Va with my husband and two wonderful children, Paityn Elizabeth and Preston.
I received my BA in Psychology from Mary Baldwin College, an MS in Psychological Sciences from James Madison University, and my Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My passion for autism has led me to work as a teacher within classrooms for children with autism an instructor for Averett University, a behavioral therapist in the community and home settings, and a behavioral analyst in a variety of settings. I joined the TMC family of professionals in 2011 to continue my passion in the community in which I live.
